To answer your question the products on the shelf can help your hair in so many ways and yes that will help it stay healthier, hence seemly grow faster, look thicker and so on.


My favorite is Pantene. Really massage your scalp when you shampoo, condition daily, final rinse out of condition in the coldest water you can stand, then use a protective heat spray for blow drying (A MUST TO PROTECT HAIR SHAFT FROM SPLITTING)and a finishing spray with shine guard. Your hair will be so soft, so shiny, and protected to get length without breakage. Hair breaking off, then splitting up makes the hair look shorter and unhealthy.


Also, you can get another haircut and ask the stylist to only RESHAPE the cut without removing length.
ive heard that it does...but i asked my hairdresser and she said it is bad...but then again she is used to the expensive stuff..in th emean time accesorize ur hair it does wonders
