Usually will, but you probably should to be on the safe side. You have nothing to lose, because they'll either not wash it or just wash it again for you.
its a rule of thumb almost to not go with dirty hair. That just grosses them out cause some salons don't wash your hair...they just wet it when they cut it.
No do not wash your hair. They will wash it for you.
