How long should we shampoo and condition our hair?

I am just asking because some ppl say 1 minHow long should we shampoo and condition our hair?
It depends upon the type and texture of your hair and how long has it been since you have not washed your hair. Additionally, you must factor in the amount of time that you spend outdoors. If you spend a great amount of your time outdoors, then you should wash your hair more often.





I have Kinky/Coarse hair. It take me 5-7 minutes to shampoo. It takes me 3 hours to condition.How long should we shampoo and condition our hair?
