you can try Rogaine for ladies as part of your hair routine. It is a little bit expensive, about, 15.00 or so per month but it does work. It is applied topically and is over the counter. Places like Walmart and Walgreens generally carry it now in the shampoo or hair care section. There are also vitamins in the healthcare section that are specifically for hair health. Just regular shampoos or conditioners can help change the appearance a bit but cannot actually make your hair thicker.

i'm not sure how well that works, because i've never tried it. but people always suggest it.





i use Instantly Thick by Marc Anthony. You can buy it at costco for about 12 dollars, and it comes with a huge bottle of shampoo, and conditioner.
