i use Pantene Pro-V shampoo and conditioner and love the line...it's really good and smells great too. u can get the two in one conditioner and shampoo...or usually w/ pantene, they have a bonus that comes w/ the shampoo...it's really great.What is the best shampoo to use after a workout in the gym?
I love something that smells great. Herbal essences? Any old thing will do its the washing up that counts!!!
Sabestian product hair care line..sold at smart style salon inside wal-mart's....cost isn't too pricey...all the products are the very best....potion# 9 is the best conditioner....smells heavenly, for men and women....good luck

Garnier Nutrice or yah. If you're a kid though, the Swim and Sport shampoo is good too.
